We have started our journey for a smart school on 18th of February 2019.Our main target was changing traditional thoughts of our academic staff in the school. We believed that we have a great staff with working ability and the working potential.Therefore we worked forward to make a growth mindset of our school academic staff before we start our journey.
We received a great support from our principal Mr.Chandana Rajapakshe,other administrative officers and as well as our academic staff.Special thanks goes to our principal for giving the best support for the first day of our long journey and for participating on the first day for our program.We would like to say that our principal and our academic staff gave positive feedback for the very first day and we realized that they are the people who can change our students to convert our school as a smart school.
